[Lincolnparkdc] Fwd: FW: Water

Anyone have trouble with PEPCO and their rather reluctance to solve a billing problem.  I got a $200 plus bill for a basement apartment. Bill is temporary when tenant leaves they make owner open account in their own name. Maybe a month or so and then a new tenant. In this case the rep asked me if “ am I sure that nobody is sneaking into my rental unit when I didn’t know!!!”  That’s the level of this PEPCO rep. So sort of it.....a $220 plus bill for an empty apartment. Only thing on is frig!!
PEPCO refuses to do the right thing. They pulled a meter BUT it was wrong meter. So incompetent. If u were on Nextdoor and had ultra high bills in middle of winter please let me know. It’s a very expensive mistake. Elizabeth T

Oh awful--and yes, I have been seeing the same and tasting something pretty off.  This tells me I have not been imagining things.  I wonder if someone could suggest the best course of action.
