[Lincolnparkdc] Giant Pink Puff/Trash?

Dear Neighbors:
Someone has dumped a giant fushia beanbag right in front of our entry (161 Kentucky, corner of kentucky and independence).  Trash dumping in our devil’s strip is a frustratingly regular happening, but this is a doozie.  
Can you please check your cameras and memories to see if we can sort who deposited this today?  I would like to provide that information to the police.
