Amazon lockers are available at the H Street Whole Foods.  Not sure about the Capitol Hill South WF on New Jersey Ave.  Also 7-11 apparently has lockers at some locations.  Some dry cleaners serve as a drop-off location for their customers (e.g., 11th & East Capitol).
