[Lincolnparkdc] Handicap space

Does anyone know who is parked with Florida license plate in the handicap space.  If they ticket it’s $250 fine I think. Lucky for me my kind neighbor Sandra carried in my bags of heavy groceries. Then as I got to my bottom step I fell. All I well. Becky was right there and supervised my raising myself up. So if u have a Florida house guest, please have them move their car. My orange cone disappeared after block party.  That was a good deterrent. Oh well. Thanks for kind able bodied neighbors neighbors.
