Hi All,

FYI.....The Air BnB legislation was passed this week by the council. 
Here is a very short summary:

    The DC council passed restrictions on AirBnBs, prohibiting
    homesharing rentals of second homes, and limiting to 90 nights how
    often a home can be rented when the owner isn't present. An
    exemption was included for military and diplomatic corps members who
    serve overseas. Law will go into effect Oct. 1 2019, to provide time
    to iron out enforcement issues.
