[Lincolnparkdc] Park Police on Kentucky this evening

Not many of us care about personal politics either. Regardless of my
personal preferences, I didn't really care about Zinke until his friend
decided to pretend he was Zinke, and then was able to call up Zinke's
agency police force on a neighbor. Seems like something we should care
about.
