[Lincolnparkdc] Park Police on Kentucky this evening

You live in Washington, DC and you just discovered that nothing makes any sense??  It never made any sense.  

The question is 
Why does Zinke’s “friend” have a New York driver?  
Who is this friend?
Is he from New York and if so what is he doing on 12th Street?  
Why is he impersonating Zinke and did he do so on Zinke’s instructions? 
Why is he allegedly drunk at 7:00 in the morning?  
Who are the rest of these people?
Are they connected to Zinke’s other “troubles?"  
Is Zinke unlawfully subletting his house as an AirB&B?
Who is Zimmerman?

Police left, and some time later the entire group in Zinke's house left as well.
