[Lincolnparkdc] Park Police on Kentucky this evening

Yes, someone who is staying in the house Zinke rents has a driver (Mercedes
C class NY tags TJ 01) who was parked on the street for upwards of 2 hours
with the car idling most of the time. While walking my dogs, I asked him
what he was doing and he said that he was "waiting on his boss". I asked
him to turn off the engine, and maybe move up or back so someone could
park, since he was taking up three spots.

Another neighbor came home and asked the driver to move his car up or back
so he could park. Driver refused and got belligerent. Words were exchanged,
and Zinke's "friend" came out of the house drunk, and tried to say that HE
was Zinke. (Zinke was not home) Neighbor, of course, replied no you're not,
and Zinke's friend told is driver to leave. This person then went back into
Zinke's house and called the Park Police on neighbor. When the Park Police
showed up I explained to them what had happened, and neighbor was
interviewed also. USPP said that this was all a "misunderstanding" but that
this person is "authorized to stay" there (which none of us disputed) and
that we might see a PP car on the street because it's the midterm elections
today. I asked if the guy is allowed to impersonate the secretary and use
the agency's police force for personal protection, but didn't get an
answer. Police left, and some time later the entire group in Zinke's house
left as well.

I'm still pretty annoyed at this person pretending to be Zinke to
intimidate a neighbor, and then calling the Park Police for protection, but
I guess that's just me. Nothing makes sense anymore.
