[Lincolnparkdc] Anyone else find pieces of scotch tape on their car?

Hi Neighbors,

Someone spent time out of their day to put scotch tape ALL over the
exterior both of my cars. This happened sometime in April, I am still
finding clear tape in random spots on my car. There were maybe 50-70 pieces
of tape per vehicle.

Does anyone else have this problem? I am wondering if they did it to
multiple neighbors or if someone is targeting me of a very annoying prank.
