[Lincolnparkdc] Crime 300 Block Kentucky

Phones seem to be a common denominator here.

Our dog walker was mugged recently in Lincoln Park in broad daylight around
4 in the afternoon. He was distracted, talking on his phone at the time.
They also tried to take his iPhone but were not successful.

Just a reminder to be vigilant and aware of your surroundings no matter the
time of day. People are targeting those that appear distracted in the
moment.
