I'm completely behind your P.O.V.
The precious, wealthy enclave the hill has become and the expectations that
come with it are from a gentrifaction not so benignly innocent. Many, many
of us benefit from it.
Loss of fair market housing and localized income inequality is an equally
insidious hate crime. So much to get outraged about.
