[Lincolnparkdc] [neighbors-ch] Nazi graffiti found in Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park is a National Park Property (not DC). Therefore they would have to do it. Maybe the Sec Interior who lives very close to the park can be encouraged to get it funded.
