I prefer another approach: greed.  We offer a substantial reward for the arrest and conviction of the person defacing park property with Nazi symbols.  His friends will turn him in.  He and his friends will be pariah among their friends, neighbors, and family.  It may take time but “vengeance is dish best served cold.”

I’m happy to contribute.  National Capitol Bank can hold the money.
