Hazel. I am sure it is just a system problem.  Tom May be away or was not aware of your concern. Sometimes these glitches happen if u use a different email address.  Also, I’m not a techie but when TW changes systems or upgrades weird things happen in databases.  So be patient. U shoulda have dropped a note to his mailbox or his email. ET
