[Lincolnparkdc] [neighbors-ch] Nazi graffiti found in Lincoln Park

Now gone. The National Park Service promptly removed it. One of the regular
National Capital Area Parks-East maintenance workers (nice guy, dog lover,
and Mark U. knows his name) showed up in a white van about 7:30 a.m. and
sanded down the wood on the bench until the graffiti was no longer visible.

It gave the bench a nice new look.

I said, that's nice, maybe you should do the whole bench.

He raised his eyebrows, smiled and said, You have a Merry Christmas, and we
both laughed.
