Tom-It's really great that you set up and manage this list, which is such a terrific resource for all of us. I posted the other day to three different lists asking for recommendations for a water heater, but it was this one that gave me the best responses, and the one we ultimately went with. I am so grateful.

I have reinstated Hazel and Bob's subscriptions.
Disablement occurs when the subscriber's mail system, in this case Hazel's, rejects, i.e. bounces, mail from the list. The subscriber's account is disabled when the number of bounces exceeds a threshold set by me for the entire list. When disablement occurs the subscriber receives a message with instructions as to how to reenable their subscription. If after several notifications the subscriber does not follow the instructions to reenable, the subscription is deleted. This is what happened.
I have increased the threshold in order to avoid this.
